Your device needs repair,before completing the return request form, please read the following procedure:


1 Before any goods return
  • Complete, imperatively digitally, the "RMA return request" form.
  • Send the completed form to: rma@bleujour.com

Upon receipt, and after verification of the conformity of the request, a "return authorization" mentioning an RMA number will be sent to you.

ATTENTION : Any handwritten document can not be processed.


2 Acceptance criteria for returns


Only will be accepted and treated:

  • The products supplied and billed by the company BLEUJOUR
  • Products referenced on the RMA Return Authorization.
  • Products received within one week maximum after allocation of a return number.

Any returns of goods that do not comply with the RMA procedure may be refused.


3 Return of goods


The customer must:

  • Send: the product (s) failed (s) and accessories (power, cable) may be responsible for the failure (do not return accessories such as CD, manual, bag, etc.),
  • Save: its computer data in a medium other than the product (s) returned (s). BLEUJOUR can not, under any circumstances, be held responsible for the loss of data or software installed in the system.
  • Pack: Properly place the product (s) and take all necessary precautions to prevent it (s) from being damaged during transport.
  • To enter: imperatively in a visible and legible way the RMA number outside the parcel (Any Return of RMA attached without the Return Authorization form will be refused).

It is strongly recommended to choose an insured mode of transport. In case of loss or problem, the responsibility lies with you.

4 Processing returns


Upon receipt of goods meeting the various criteria of acceptance of return, the equipment will be tested. Following these tests:
  • If the malfunction is confirmed and confirmed, BLEUJOUR will proceed with the repair or replacement, at the choice of BLUE, of the product or part, recognized as defective and returned to BLEUJOUR.

  • If BLEUJOUR does not notice any malfunction of the equipment, it will be returned to the Customer, at its expense, and a lump sum of 20 Euros VAT included per product will be charged to him for the cost of testing and management.
